Return & Refund Policy
1. Change of Mind
You may return items within 60 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item is faulty, defective, or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the ACL.
Luxolla will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at 📩 info@luxolla.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for return. We will provide instructions.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative if preferred.
5. Exclusions
Certain items (e.g., clearance items, hygiene products) may not be eligible for return, unless defective or required under the ACL.
